Return Policy

At Laurel Publishing & Design, we do not accept returns or exchanges, nor do we provide refunds. All sales are final.

However, there are exceptions to every rule, so here they are:

(1) If the product was damaged during shipment, we will replace it.

(2) If you did not place the order (maybe it was your child??), we can help you lock your computer.

(3) If we accidentally sent you the wrong item/amount, we will make it all right as fast as we can.

 

If you have an issue with your order or there’s a defect with your product, simply fill out the Return Request form below within 30 days of your purchase date, and we will work together with you to resolve it.
